In order to secure your childs spot here at Creative Kids Academy you need to fill out the following forms below and return them along with a non-refundable $55.00 deposit.
Set up a tour
We understand that it takes a lot of trust for parents to leave their child in the care of someone else. That is why we offer tours of our campus. It is very easy to set one up, either click here to contact us through email or give us a call at (603) 497-5000.
